As office manager at Lamers System Care you are the first point of contact for customers and prospects, you ensure that our daily operations run smoothly and you actively contribute to our visibility through social media, newsletters and events. With your proactive attitude and organizational skills you will contribute directly to our growth.

What do you fill your calendar with?

• You will set up our social media channels and newsletters, keep them up-to-date and ensure a consistent, professional appearance.
• You will actively think about marketing campaigns and promotions and develop them creatively and carefully.
• You will organize and coordinate trade shows, events and client meetings to perfection.
• You manage agendas, monitor schedules and follow up on leads accurately.
• You will maintain telephone contact with prospects and customers, making warm initial connections and building lasting relationships.
• You will support in the office and perform light administrative tasks to keep the daily operation running smoothly.

What do we ask?

• An enthusiastic and service-oriented personality who enjoys taking initiative and interacting with people.
• An HBO working and thinking level.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English, both oral and written.
• Affinity for marketing, communications, organizing and sales.
• An availability of at least 32 hours per week.
• Experience working in an ERP system (AFAS).
• Number of years of experience in a similar position is a plus.

We supply environmentally friendly & Long Lifetime Antifouling systems to prevent biofilm and fouling on ships, cooling systems and drinking and water systems. Our goal to relieve our customers worldwide with innovative customized solutions and thereby contribute to a more sustainable world.

We work with a small close-knit team that currently consists of 9 colleagues. Within our flat organization there is a cozy and friendly working atmosphere in which everyone gets plenty of room for their own input. We expect further growth in the coming years due to expansion into different industries and new innovative solutions.
